pumpkin - in the form of delicious soup is currently often times a main dish in our household. I did not know that the stuff can be so delicious. Due ghastly experience in childhood times with stewed pumpkin, sweet and sour vegetables this was very very long time unpopular with me.
But last week I bought in a fit of madness ButterNutKürbis and had to read at home for the first time, how to prepare such a soup.
my conclusion: very tasty !!!!!!
And here is "my" recipe for delicious pumpkin soup - now also been modified with other ingredients ....
So now I'm going to knit ...
